Are Baes Club products suitable for sensitive skin?
We believe all of them are, and we especially keep in mind sensitive skin types while formulating. However, we always recommend people with sensitive skin to patch test any new product on a small patch on their forearm before using them more widely.
Are Baes Club products suitable for children?
Yes. Baes Club avoids harmful and even doubtful chemicals, and therefore, our products are suitable for children above 8 years.
Does Baes Club ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Baes Club currently don't ship to countries outside India! However, we're in the process of expanding across the international market.

When will I receive my order?
Your order usually will ship within 24-48 hours. In rare circumstances, we may take a little longer to ship your order. The usual transit time is a maximum of 3 to 4 days, but it can get shorter or longer depending on transit conditions.
Will I have to pay shipping charges on every purchase?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders worth Rs. 650 & above. 😊
Why am I charged extra for Cash On Delivery (COD)?
As we incur additional cash handling costs, all COD orders have an additional charge applicable
Are Baes Club products available in retail outlets?
Yes, our products are available at Baes Club exclusive stores and selected retail stores around you.
How soon after I place my order, are my products shipped?
Orders placed before 1:00pm are dispatched on the same day, and orders received after 1:00pm are dispatched on next working day. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order.

What can I return or replace?
At Baes Club, we believe in a transparent and hassle-free return policy for all full size* products purchased from our website. Each product is crafted with a lot of care and precision, to spread goodness and delight! However, if you ever feel the need to replace a product, due to the following reasons, please feel free to reach out to us, if:- a) Incorrect product is received b) Product is damaged, tampered with, or leaking on arrival c) Item(s) is(are) missing from the order d) Issues with quality or quantity.
What should I do if I have received a damaged/tampered/leaked product?
In case you receive a damaged/tampered/leaked product, please take images of the same. Please take images of the same. Email the images along with your order details at care@baesclub.com within 3 days of the delivery. Once we check the images, we will send you a replacement for the same.
I have received a wrong product, what do I do?
Please reach out to us at care@baesclub.com  within 3 days of order delivery to raise an issue. In case of wrong product(s) delivered we will first arrange a reverse pickup for the wrong product(s) and then send a replacement with the right product(s)​
I added a wrong product while placing the order, how can I get the item changed?
In case if you have added a wrong product while placing the order, we will not be able to provide any replacement against the same. Please go through the order confirmation email after you place the order to check the product details.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?
As soon as you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and the estimated time of delivery.
Does Baes Club test products on animals?
No, we are strictly against animal testing and we have been so since the inception of the brand.
For how long are the products safe to use?
We recommend that you check the Period After Opening(PAO) mentioned on our packaging, or up to the best beforedate, whichever is earlier.
Do Baes Club products contain fragrance?
Yes, some of our products contain fragrance and are clearlystated in our ingredients as 'Parfum' or 'Perfume'. Productswhich mention "Artificial Fragrance" on the package containfragrant essential oils that are suitable for the skin whileproducts that mention "Fragrance-free" on the package meanthe product contains no perfumes or fragrances.
